Submission deadline is May 15th, 2012

After you have finished filling out the form, please print a copy to mail with your DVD screening copies. You can either print it from the confirmation page, or you can print out the version that is emailed to you after you submit it.

    New Digital Media submissions are films/web-series that are created specifically for an online platform (not theatrical release). This brand new initiative is a unique way to show-case films to distributors (such as ITunes and Net-flix, for example) at the OIFF 2012

Festival Submission Requirements:

After filing out the online form, please print a copy in addition with two (2) standard definition NTSC (region 0 or 1) DVD screening copies to the address below. In order to be eligible for consideration to screen at OIFF 2012, the submission must also be accompanied by the associated submission fee of $40.00 per feature length film or $20.00 per short film or music video. All payments must be made payable to The Ottawa International Film Festival. Payments must be in the form of a bank draft or money order and must be in Canadian funds. An email confirmation will be sent to the contact person listed once we receive your complete
submission.

*PLEASE NOTE: Screening Copies will not be returned. Please DO NOT send any other materials
but those requested above. If selected to screen at the festival a press kit and marketing materials
